 Original February 12, 2014:

Apparently some of the buckles are getting stuck and trapping the kids in the seat. This especially becomes a problem when food or sticky liquids like juice get into the buckle. There have even been reports of parents having to cut their kids out of the seats.

The recall includes 11 models made from 2009 through 2013 by Graco Children's Products Inc. of Atlanta. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that the buckles pose a significant danger to children in the seats if there were to be an accident, car fire or other emergency.
