Oliver the Talking, Laughing Parrot Will Have You Laughing Along Too

Quaker parrots are beautiful little green birds that many people have as pets. They are very social and highly intelligent, which lends to their being able to 'talk' or mimic words and sounds. Check out this little bird called Oliver as he chats and laughs with his owner.

Oliver is talking away using the phrase 'step up' over and over, then he bites his owner (just a little nibble) and starts laughing. He laughs so hard he gets everyone else to laughing as well.
