CLAY SHOOT TO BENEFIT MEALS ON WHEELS IS SATURDAY, AUG 21ST
The 15th Annual Meals on Wheels Sporting Clays Classic Benefiting Meals on Wheels is being held Saturday, August 21st beginning at 8:30 AM till 11:30 PM. This clay shoot takes place at the Abilene Clay Sports south range, located at 1102 E Spur 707, in south Abilene.

FOOD MANAGERS CERTIFICATION TRAINING IS AUGUST 16TH & 17TH
Learn about the major causes of foodborne illness and how to prevent them, increase your food safety knowledge, foodborne illnesses and how they are caused, food safety hazards, and sanitation regulations. Then take the certification exam, and become a state 'Certified Food Manager' from the Texas A&M AgriLife Extention Services in Abilene.

ST. VINCENT POLLATTI BALLET PRESENTS "MI TIERRA MEXICANA" LIVE
Get ready to learn more about the faith, history, and culture of Mexico and the people. The St Vincent Pollati Ballet Folklorico will perform their presentation in song and dance at the Paramount Theatre on August 21st and 22nd. Tickets will be available at the door.

The Larry Joe Taylor (LJT) 32nd Annual Texas Music Festival has been rescheduled and is going to happen this year, from Monday, September 13th through Saturday, September 18th, 2021. The Texas Music Festival has been postponed since early 2019.
